This post is regarding to Trust relationship in active directory.
Trust Relationships
A trust is an object used to establish a relationship between any two domains allowing users in one domain to be recognized by a Domain Controller in the other domain. Trusts allow user access to resources in other domains and also allow existing Domain Administrators to administer users rights within their respective domains.
There are four types of trusts that can be established within the Active Directory environment.
- External Trust
- Forest trust
- Realm Trust
- Shortcut Trust
