This post is regarding Last-Logon attribute .
Last-Logon
when a person last logged in. The number of 100-nanosecond intervals since January 1, 1601, is represented by this value, which is kept as a big integer (UTC). Zero indicates that the latest login time was not recorded.
in other words, this attribute specifies the last time the user logged on. This value is stored as a large integer that represents the number of 100 nanosecond intervals since January 1, 1601 (UTC). A value of zero means that the last logon time is unknown.

Version-Specific Behavior: First implemented on Windows 2000 Server operating system.
The schemaFlagsEx attribute was added to this attribute definition in Windows Server 2008 operating system.
